Employee Benefit Claims
We defend directors, officers, fiduciaries, and corporations in state and federal proceedings alleging ERISA violations, breach of fiduciary duty, and other acts of corporate misconduct. Our work includes assisting clients in administrative proceedings brought by federal or state agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service and the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation. We have particular expertise handling matters in state and federal court involving claims brought by employees, retirees, labor organizations, and other third parties.
