Helms & Greene, LLC is a law firm that limits its practice to representing businesses in litigated disputes (state and federal courts, and arbitration) and employment law matters.

1. Focus - We are litigators and employment lawyers. We do not wander from our expertise or abilities by devoting efforts to foreign practice areas.

2. Experience - We maintain a balance of seasoned and experienced attorneys who have previously worked in large corporations or law firms.

3. Innovation - Our clients are in a state of constant change and evolution. Therefore, to be responsive to our clients' needs we must provide innovative solutions to our clients' problems.

5. Relationships - Long term relationships are the foundation of our firm. These include relationships among ourselves and with clients, strategic partners and vendors. We do not pursue short term relationships or short-term business goals but we are capable of handling matters on an emergency basis.

6. Goal - We strive to provide cost effective solutions to our clients' legal problems in providing employment advice or in litigation. Unless we solve our clients' problems, we cease to be relevant to our clients.
