The Library is updated to keep members familiar with the most current published and unpublished authorities, assessment tools, and guidance.

Colleges and Universities
Colleges and Universities have been particularly vulnerable to overtime exemption challenges. Determining the exempt status of higher education positions is very complex and technical. This dilemma is reflected in federal court overtime exemption litigation increasing at a historical rate. For these reasons, CUPA-HR asked Helms & Greene to develop and maintain a compensation compliance library specifically tailored to higher education institutions. The library is updated to keep CUPA-HR members familiar with the most current published and unpublished authorities, assessment tools, and guidance.
